So I stumbled into needing to buy a home instead of rent kind of unexpectedly. A friend on FB told me that she knows this really amazing Realtor in that area and that I should call her to talk about it. A little background: I lived in Maryland, but was trying to purchase my very first home in the Fayetteville, NC area, and I am a bit of a spazz(ok maybe a lot of spazz) when it comes to things to be nervous or apprehensive about. The mortgage process was one of these things for me. So, I called her and already had a property in mind. Let me tell you how this woman sprung to action IMMEDIATELY and knew ALL the information!! Even went as far as to FaceTime me so I could see the house before driving down to see it in person. She then drove a hard bargain and won me a house that already had multiple offers on it! She just made everything so smooth for me, and even went as far as to encourage me when it got really stressful. Any question I had, she either knew the answer or found it! She was there at every turn and completely reachable even though she is super busy! Honestly, I have spoken with others about their home buying experience and now that I've had the pleasure of working with Tracey, I AM SPOILED!! If it ain't Tracey, I don't want it! She found the best local mortgage company for me and that enabled me to lock in a SWEET interest rate! Let's not forget that she has still been helping after closing a little because I'm coming from so far. She has been super flexible and honestly, I'm just plain impressed and felt like I was the only client she had! Long story short, she is absolutely stellar and all of you reading this should be calling her up to buy or sell your home! When my daughter is ready to buy in a few years, I'll be calling her again because I feel like I gained a friend with my home purchase and I couldn't be happier to share this experience so y'all know!! To top it all off, while we were visiting too close, she was able to recommend really yummy food spots and also a great handyman as well. Just call her y'all, you'll be glad you did.
