MEET TRACEY

I am a licensed North Carolina real estate professional and Owner/Broker of TJB Realty, specializing in residential, commercial, and investment real estate. With experience in property management, renovations, and income-producing properties, I am committed to helping clients make informed decisions, build wealth, and achieve long-term financial stability through real estate.

As an active member of Longleaf Pine REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, I currently serve on the Government Affairs and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committees. I previously served on the Community Outreach Committee and am a graduate of the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Leadership Academy. These roles reflect my commitment to industry leadership, advocacy, and professional excellence.

Beyond traditional real estate, I am passionate about affordable housing, housing stability, and community development. Through my work with Section 8 housing programs, I help expand access to safe, stable housing while supporting families through housing transitions and guiding renters toward homeownership. I also champion local businesses and connect individuals with resources that strengthen our communities.

My career is defined by consistent multi-county production, successful residential and commercial transactions, and lasting relationships built on trust and referrals.
