Kari Nicolay is a Licensed North Carolina Broker/Agent with TJB Realty. Kari’s relentless work ethic, responsiveness, unique background in property management, and community volunteer service positions her to stand out among her peers.
Originally hailing from the Mountain West, Kari has lived in Utah, Southern California, Kansas and Oahu, Hawaii. In 2016 Kari put down roots in North Carolina, and now calls the greater Fort Bragg area home. After moving from Utah, Kari experienced legendary southern hospitality from North Carolinians, and plans to retire in the Sand Hills. While here, she discovered her calling: bringing her unique abilities to bear to find the right home for her clients.
Kari is a mother of three wild boys. She is also an animal lover. Kari works to understand each of her client’s unique life situations in order to give them best in class customer service.
